We strive to be disruptive in our pricing by offering an overall flat fee. Our business model is built on long-term collaboration. If our added value—’our ROI’—is too low, our model becomes unsustainable. ROH, or Return on Hybrid, is therefore crucial. Is the investment in our hours, tools, and media budget proportional to the results? If so, our partnership continues and becomes self-sustaining.
