You have to switch faster, learn to read the game, and take responsibility. That comes with ups and downs.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That project taught him a crucial lesson: real growth happens outside your comfort zone. Moments of uncertainty are often when confidence grows the most.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For Jeff, a project is only truly successful when there is calm and clarity not just in the numbers, but especially in the strategy. Transparency from day one, daring to name what works and what doesn\u2019t, and honest communication about initiatives that miss their mark. Where he once focused mainly on technical execution within a single channel, he now takes a helicopter view of the client\u2019s business.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He learned to look beyond standard KPIs and truly place himself in the commercial reality behind the numbers. That requires a different mindset: daring to set direction, adjusting when needed, and putting your insights on the table even when it gets uncomfortable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That courage and confidence in his own analysis are skills he has significantly sharpened at Hybrid.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>A culture without silos<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What makes Hybrid unique, according to Jeff, is the combination of a strong learning culture and a flexible way of working together. Hybrid continues to grow, accounts are becoming larger and more complex and that\u2019s exactly where he finds his energy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For himself, he sees a role as a guardian of quality and culture. As the team expands, he wants to help safeguard sharpness, ownership, and the unique DNA of Hybrid. By coaching and challenging younger colleagues, he aims to strengthen the foundation on which future growth is built. His advice neatly captures his journey:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>&#8220;For starters: stay curious and don\u2019t limit yourself to what you already know. Learning matters more than your current skill set.<br \/>\nFor clients: look for a partner, not a supplier. Dare to let someone into your kitchen and be open to critical questions.
