She felt welcome, could be herself, and from the very beginning was given space to learn and experiment.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;From day one there was an open atmosphere where I could truly be myself. What attracted me most was that Hybrid was a young company. Not only in age, but especially in mindset.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>That internship period proved to be the ideal learning ground. In the meantime, her role has grown further: she supports new colleagues, leads the quality project within Hybrid, and increasingly takes on organizational tasks.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;Taking on my first client file was a big challenge, but at the same time an enormous learning experience. She feels most in her element in teams where there is a collegial atmosphere and both parties truly build toward a goal together.<\/p>\n<p>At Hybrid, this translates into a role as a calm, structured colleague who always maintains an overview.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;I try to make a difference by communicating clearly and honestly. Jolien had to learn to handle pressure and stress, and discovered that sometimes taking a step back is the best way to move forward again. External meetings and presentations at clients also pushed her out of her comfort zone.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;Every time I stepped out of my comfort zone, my self-confidence grew. She sees herself growing together with Hybrid and looks forward to the opportunities yet to come. Thinking back to her start as an intern, she would give herself one piece of advice: don\u2019t wait, actively ask for feedback.<\/p>\n<p>It is precisely that attitude (curious, reliable, and collegial) that makes Jolien an indispensable link within the team today.
