The Business Developer we are looking for plays a crucial role in driving the growth of our agency by identifying and securing new business opportunities within ambitious medium to large-sized companies.

What will you do?

  • You will identify and target valuable prospects in the Benelux region, focusing on medium to large enterprises in the retail, home & construction, automotive, banking & insurance, and leisure sectors.
  • You will leverage your personal and professional networks to generate introductions to C-level executives.
  • You will work with the virtual assistant and use AI tools to gather and analyze data on target accounts, including account research and mapping decision-makers.
  • You will assess the fit of the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and revenue potential. You will know where to focus your efforts and what your future pipeline will look like.
  • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • You will attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to connect with potential clients and partners.
  • You will develop and implement customized outreach and engagement strategies for valuable prospects, using ABM principles.
  • You will conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand the client’s challenges and present tailored solutions aligned with their goals.
  • You will coordinate with the marketing team to create personalized content and outreach materials for target accounts.
  • You will manage the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.
  • You will work closely with the Hybrid management team to deliver compelling presentations and pitches that showcase our unique value proposition. You will ensure a smooth handover of new clients to the Customer Success team for onboarding and long-term relationship management.
  • You will track and report on key sales metrics, including lead generation, pipeline development, and closed deals.
  • You will regularly provide feedback to the Hybrid management team and contribute to the continuous improvement of Hybrid’s GTM.

Who are you?

  • You have several years of relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably within the digital marketing or technology sector. Experience in an agency or service-oriented organization is essential.
  • You have an affinity for digital strategy, and a good understanding of paid advertising, SEO, CRO, CRM, and programmatic advertising is a plus.
  • You are driven to achieve results and always think in solutions to effectively overcome obstacles.
  • You have a keen eye for commercial opportunities and know how to capitalize on them. You can convince others of your ideas and strategies.
  • You are an excellent communicator, a true negotiator, and a relationship builder.
  • You have the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team.
  • You thrive in a changing environment.
  • You have a very good command of Dutch and a good command of English.
