Who are you?

  • A B2B marketer with 5+ years of experience, who understands buyer journeys and isn’t afraid of sales (meaning you’re commercially minded).
  • A results-driven individual who sees solutions beyond obstacles.
  • A sharp thinker who understands client needs and knows how to convince with smart ideas and strategies.
  • A no-nonsense communicator and team player who can handle change.
  • A fluent speaker in both Dutch and English.
Hybrid Agency Team

What will you do?

  • Provide services to identify the right target audiences, and determine which channels and messaging work best to reach them.
  • You’ll bring the best tools and tactics to the table for our clients in demand capture, demand generation, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • You’ll roll out performance campaigns, ensuring accurate execution and follow-up.
  • You’ll foster close collaboration between sales and marketing, going beyond the classic Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) approach.
  • You’ll analyze how much pipeline has been created and how much revenue comes from closed deals.
  • You’ll use CRM systems, outreach tools, and tracking (potentially in collaboration with specialized partners) for targeting, alignment, and analysis.
  • You’ll apply a continuous performance methodology across all channels, analyzing what works and what doesn’t, and provide regular reporting.
  • You’ll stay up to date with the latest developments in the B2B landscape and identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
