Experience Antwerp partners with Hybrid
Experience Antwerp launches booking platform and chooses Hybrid as digital partner
Event and marketing agency Zanzibar, commissioned by the city of Antwerp, has launched Experience Antwerp.
This overarching booking platform allows visitors to plan their trip to Antwerp and purchase tickets for a wide range of tourist activities. Zanzibar, which has entered into a six-year collaboration with the city, is targeting day and weekend tourists looking to combine various cultural or recreational activities during their visit.
On December 23, 2020, the platform went live, albeit with a limited offering due to Covid restrictions.
Experience Antwerp sought a partner with extensive online knowledge and expertise.
In Hybrid, they found a partner capable of providing a tailored expert team for the six-year project. The shared love for Antwerp between both parties is, of course, the icing on the cake.
In addition to designing and developing the frontend of the new ticketing platform, Hybrid’s multidisciplinary team is responsible for attracting high-quality online visitors (both individuals and groups) and driving online ticket sales.
Given the current circumstances, the partnership begins with a part-time TaaS (Team as a Service) model. Both parties share the ambition to scale this up significantly in the coming years.
