Hybrid welcomed Johan Derden as its new Head of Operations in response to its significant growth over the past year and ambitious plans for the coming years.

How do you provide a 20-person team of online marketers with the right support to maximize productivity and foster their development under optimal conditions? This was the challenge Hybrid’s management sought to address, and they found their solution in Johan Derden.

With 48 years of experience in marketing and sales across various prominent brands, Johan will be instrumental in implementing and further developing Hybrid’s agile and scalable TaaS (Talent as a Service) model. He will also refine the learning programs within our academy, laying the foundation for Hybrid to expand to a team of 50 T-shaped marketers.
