His task? Getting the most out of our team

As the leading force, Diego steers our enthusiastic team of online marketers toward Hybrid’s ultimate goal: creating as much added value as possible for our clients.

Colleagues and clients describe him as strict but fair… and as someone who never beats around the bush. You can call him the joker we deploy daily to guarantee our quality.

Analytical entrepreneurial spirit

Just a year after graduating, Diego took the leap into entrepreneurship. With One Touch, he initially focused on building websites for bakers, hairdressers, and other small businesses. From this activity, he also created a successful wellness portal site.

In addition to gaining expertise in web development and conversion (what really matters to the customer?), he learned to navigate the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. Perhaps his most important lesson: how to build a profitable business.

After five years, a difference in vision led to selling his share to his partner. As a freelancer, he then came into contact with Hybrid. After a few tentative meetings, we started a relationship, and now we happily work together 🙂 More than that, he helps set the course for Hybrid and serves as a compass for our ambitions!

Diego’s greatest strength: identifying levers for efficiency and maximization thanks to his analytical mindset. His specialties in online marketing include SEO, Paid, and Tracking. His developer background adds conversion optimization through A/B testing to this list.

Sporty bon vivant

Of course, work isn’t everything. In his free time, hockey and running are on the agenda. His personal goal? Running another marathon soon.

As a counterbalance to sporty Diego, there’s also a bon vivant side. One of the best ways to relax? Cooking. Chopping vegetables = clearing the mind.
